Due to the customized and service-based nature of our offerings, refunds are handled according to the stage of service delivery.


2. Refund Eligibility

a) Before Service Work Begins

If you request a refund before any service work has started, you are eligible for a full refund.


b) After Service Work Has Started

If service work has already begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund, calculated based on:

  • The scope of work completed

  • Time and resources already invested

Any completed work or delivered components will be deducted from the refund amount.


c) After Services Are Fully Delivered

Once all agreed services and deliverables have been completed and provided, no refunds are available.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Completed website setups

  • Fully configured monetization infrastructure

  • Delivered digital assets or access credentials


3. Asset Reclamation Upon Refund

If a refund (full or partial) is issued, you agree that:

  • Any delivered digital assets may be revoked, disabled, or reclaimed

  • Access to systems, platforms, or configurations provided by us may be removed

  • You will cease using any refunded materials immediately


4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Dissatisfaction with performance, traffic, or financial outcomes

  • Account suspensions or rejections by third-party platforms

  • Changes in third-party policies or platform availability

  • Failure to follow provided instructions or guidelines

We do not guarantee results, earnings, or specific outcomes.

Approved refunds are issued back to the original payment method in accordance with Paddle’s processing timelines.
